FilipSocial does not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts, engagement rates, leads, sales, revenue increases, or any other measurable result. Any examples of results mentioned in our materials are illustrative only and are not a promise or prediction of what you will achieve. Your results will depend on many factors unique to your business, audience, and market.
After you submit an order through this website, I will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details before any payment is processed. Payment is then required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. Upon full payment, you own the content created specifically for your business as part of the agreed deliverables. FilipSocial retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of any frameworks, templates, systems, or processes used in delivering services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. We will not share your business information, strategies, or data with third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver the services or comply with legal obligations.
FilipSocial's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We are not responsible for changes made by social media platforms to their algorithms, policies, or features that may affect the results of our work.
All social media management services will be carried out in compliance with the terms of service of the relevant platforms. FilipSocial is not liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, or changes imposed by third-party platforms, as these are outside of our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate courts of Croatia.

Once work has commenced, including strategy sessions, research, content creation, account setup, or website development, we are not able to offer refunds for completed or in-progress work. This is because significant time and resources are committed from the moment a project begins.
Monthly plans are billed in advance. If you cancel your plan, it will remain active until the end of the paid billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for any unused portion of a billing period.
If you paid upfront for 3 or 6 months and wish to cancel before the term ends, the months already completed are non-refundable. If fewer than 30 days of the next billing month have passed, we will refund the remaining full months at the original per-month rate, minus a 10% administration fee.
Business packs are fixed-term engagements. Once work has begun, the pack cannot be cancelled and payments already made are non-refundable. Any remaining instalments remain due as scheduled.
One-off services such as audits, content calendars, hashtag strategies, and template packs are non-refundable once the deliverable has been sent to you. If you believe there is a material error in the deliverable, please contact us within 7 days and we will correct it at no charge.
Due to the digital nature of our courses and guides, all sales are final once access has been granted or the file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing a product you have paid for, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
